The HTG 610 is specifically designed for the precise machining of larger, longer and more massive workpieces. As a production cylindrical grinding machine, it impresses with its high process stability and is particularly suitable for applications where installation space, workpiece length and consistent machining quality are decisive. Thanks to its robust machine structure and high-quality guideways, it enables smooth machining with high dimensional accuracy – even on demanding geometries and longer grinding cycles.
The solidly built, heavily ribbed machine base made of stress-relief annealed cast iron ensures high rigidity and effective vibration damping. As a result, even larger workpieces can be machined reliably and reproducibly. The machine supports economical production through flexibly adjustable grinding processes and good accessibility to all relevant functional areas. This reduces setup times and facilitates maintenance work in daily operation.

In addition to our Aktiv+ package for preventive maintenance & servicing, this also includes instructing operating personnel in the use of our machines. Regular staff training ensures that the machines are always used optimally and that smooth operation is guaranteed even with new employees. If required, training can also be carried out on site at the customer's premises.
