HTG 610U: Compact Universal cylindrical grinding machine for workpieces up to 600 mm

The HTG 610U significantly expands the possibilities of classic cylindrical grinding: in addition to external cylindrical grinding, it also enables internal cylindrical grinding processes as well as the grinding of conical geometries. This makes it the ideal solution for users who want to cover different workpieces and machining tasks on one machine.

Thanks to its robust machine structure and high-quality guideways, the HTG 610U ensures smooth machining and high dimensional accuracy – even on larger and longer workpieces. The solidly built, heavily ribbed machine base made of stress-relief annealed cast iron ensures high rigidity and effective vibration damping.

The combination of versatility and stability makes the machine particularly economical in use: different machining types can be implemented without changing machines, which reduces setup times and shortens lead times.

The good accessibility to all functional areas facilitates setup and maintenance in daily operation. Thanks to a wide range of application-oriented extensions, the HTG 610U can be optimally adapted to different workpieces and complex machining requirements.
