MB 600U: Compact CNC universal cylindrical grinding machine for workpieces up to 600 mm
The MB 600U is a CNC universal cylindrical grinding machine based on the MaiBase platform for high-precision internal and external cylindrical grinding of workpieces up to 600 mm. It was developed for applications where different workpieces and machining processes need to be implemented flexibly and economically on one machine – from single parts to series production.

Thanks to its modular design and the swiveling wheelhead, the MB 600U enables versatile grinding strategies while reducing non-productive times. It is particularly suitable for complex grinding tasks on larger and longer workpieces with high demands on dimensional accuracy, surface finish and form accuracy.
The robust machine structure made of polymer concrete, high-precision guideways and modern CNC technology ensure high process stability and reproducible results – even on demanding components. At the same time, the machine offers excellent accessibility and flexible automation options.
Thanks to its versatility, the MB 600U can be optimally integrated into a wide range of production environments and offers a powerful solution for companies that require maximum flexibility combined with high precision.

Thanks to its powerful hardware, its standard 2 MB part program memory and its versatile functions for customer-specific adaptations (FANUC Picture, Macro Executor, C Language Executor), this CNC control is ideal for demanding grinding tasks and a guarantee of high-quality workpieces. The in-house developed Fast Cycle Time Technology ensures reduced cycle times.

In addition to our Aktiv+ package for preventive maintenance & servicing, this also includes instructing operating personnel in the use of our machines. Regular staff training ensures that the machines are always used optimally and that smooth operation is guaranteed even with new employees. If required, training can also be carried out on site at the customer's premises.
