TB 1000U: Universal CNC cylindrical grinding machine for complex workpieces up to 1000 mm
The TB 1000U is designed for versatile and demanding grinding processes and combines maximum flexibility with modern CNC technology. It enables external, internal and surface grinding in a wide variety of combinations and is therefore the ideal solution for complex and varied workpieces up to 1000 mm. Thanks to its robust machine structure and precisely matched components, it ensures smooth machining and consistently high quality. The TB 1000U particularly shows its strengths on large components as well as in single-piece production and small batches, when flexibility, process reliability and repeat accuracy are equally required.

The torsionally rigid machine structure made of high-quality cast iron, combined with high-precision V and flat guideways and a hydrodynamically mounted grinding spindle, ensures high stability, effective vibration damping and maximum process reliability, even on large and heavy workpieces.
This is supported by powerful drives and precisely guided axes, which ensure uniform movements and consistently high machining quality. The result is maximum precision, high operational reliability and a long service life in continuous industrial use.

The in-house developed Fast Cycle Time Technology ensures reduced cycle times.
